Inventorship, assignment and enterprise ownership are different questions.
Henry Crichlow is the inventor of record on most of the portfolio; Henry Crichlow and Gary Schneider are co-inventors on the self-loading family; and Gary Schneider is inventor on the retrievable-capsule family, for which public records identify NuclearSAFE Technology LLC/NuclearSAFE Technology as assignee. NuclearSAFE plans to consolidate appropriate rights into a separately controlled IP holding company. Before transfer and final public launch, chain of title, assignments, maintenance status, prosecution history and encumbrances should be reconciled against official USPTO records and executed agreements.
